Dapur Bali Mula
A journey exploring the authentic flavors of Bali passed down through generations. We stopped at Dapur Bali Mula, located in Les Village, Tejakula, Buleleng, Bali. There, we met Jero Mangku Dalem Suci Gede Yudiawan, also known as Chef Yudi. He is both a religious leader and a chef. Chef Yudi has a passion for preserving the flavors of North Balinese cuisine, crafted from local ingredients from his village. Therefore, he preserves food from surrounding farmers and fishermen using traditional methods. Chef Yudi explains the connection between taste when preparing food and spirituality. Read the full story in the "By Taste" episode of Dapur Bali Mula.
